We oversee your project from idea to completion
No need to deal with multiple parties –
we provide a complete service

Our first meeting

The best way to kick things off is by making an appointment at one of our showrooms, where we will discuss what you are looking for, with regards to style, colours, textures and layout, as well as what matters to you with regards to functionality and practicality. At our showrooms, you will see several stunning display kitchens, bathrooms, worktops and everything in-between! From our vast array of samples, you’re sure to find the ideal colour and texture combinations for your home.

If you have architectural plans at this stage, feel free to bring them along with you. If you don’t yet have plans, we can arrange a time to visit your property to take the measurements ourselves. Within a few days, we will come back to you with an idea of pricing for your project. We don’t charge for this service.

Picture perfect planning

We also offer a 3D design service, which will showcase your project in a stunning and photo-realistic way. We charge a small fee for this service, and we will refund you this amount if you decide to go ahead and order from us further down the line.

Once the drawings are ready, we will invite you back to the showroom to present them to you in detail. Any desired changes can be discussed in this meeting. This process can be repeated until you are delighted with both the design and the pricing!

Place your order

Once you have confirmed your order, delivery takes 4-8 weeks for kitchen furniture, depending on the materials chosen. The goods arrive at our warehouse in Ashford, and we store them there until your home is ready to receive them. Bathroom items normally have shorter lead-times.

We recommend that you use one of our specialist kitchen fitters for your kitchen installation, which we oversee daily until completion. If you choose to appoint your own fitter or builder to fit your kitchen, we will supply them with the necessary drawings and technical plans to ensure a seamless and hassle-free installation.
